STATI is a product of Next Level Creative Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through stati.co.uk, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep this deliberately plain: we run a pre-launch waiting list, and the information we hold is what you give us when you join it.
Who is responsible for your data
Next Level Creative Ltd is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the Founder List we collect:
- Your email address
- Your first name, if you choose to provide it
- A record of your consent to receive emails from us, with the date and time of signup
- Basic signup context: which form on the page you used, the page address, the referring website if there was one, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed
Our hosting provider also processes technical information such as IP addresses as part of serving the website securely. We do not use this to identify you.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use your email address and name to send you launch updates and occasional emails about STATI. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
We use the signup context (source, referrer, campaign tags) to understand which of our pages and campaigns people respond to. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in running and improving a pre-launch campaign. This information is not used to profile you.
Where your data lives
Signups are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, and the website is served by Cloudflare. Both act as data processors on our behalf. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the Founder List and STATI's launch communications remain active. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it. We may retain a minimal suppression record of your email address so that we do not contact you again.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visitor numbers and how the site performs. It is a privacy-focused, cookie-less service: it does not set cookies, does not use persistent identifiers and does not track you across other websites. Beyond this, the website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Every email we send will also contain an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website and the Founder List are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
